As a shareholder and independent advisor at Bayn, he supports companies in securing funding, executing strategic acquisitions, and accessing private equity across the Middle East.
He has been instrumental in launching financial institutions in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain and has led advisory mandates in sectors such as education, maritime, and financial services. Rashid is also the founder of BA Marine Trading, a yacht brokerage active in the GCC and Egypt, with over $18 million in closed transactions. He has a strong focus on digital lead generation and performance-driven sales funnels.
As a startup mentor, he advises founders on growth strategy, investor engagement, and business positioning.
Dinesh Dhume is a senior corporate finance advisor with over 25 years of global experience in investment banking, private equity, and strategic advisory. He has held leadership roles at Ernst & Young, KPMG, and boutique firms including Adeem Investments, covering markets across the Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America.
He brings deep expertise in cross-border M&A, capital raising, valuation, and business restructuring across sectors such as real estate, telecom, financial services, IT, and hospitality. He has a track record of unlocking value in distressed or underperforming assets.
Dinesh is currently Co-Founder of Eleven Point Two Fintech (EPTF), an auto finance platform developed in partnership with banks. He also mentors startups in mobility, healthtech, and plant-based food, helping them scale and raise growth capital. He has held board positions in London and Jersey, including Grosvenor House Apartments and Adeem Development Management.
Ahmed Alzayani is a technology expert with over 20 years of experience in IT leadership and FinTech infrastructure. He has served in senior roles at Shamal Bank and Ithmaar Bank, overseeing systems architecture, security operations, and digital transformation.
His background includes hands-on experience in ethical hacking, red teaming, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and AI-driven automation. He has worked as a system administrator, lead developer, and CTO. Ahmed is also highly proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Cloudflare.
As a freelance consultant, he has delivered secure, scalable tech solutions across sectors. He advises startups and institutions on IT modernization, cybersecurity resilience, and digital product deployment.
